If you really value photos but also want to be as present as possible with your guests, check out this timeline loophole. Thursday: Hike dress up mountain. Privately share vows. Take lots of gorgeous photos as the sun sets. Soak up the calm before the storm. Friday: Do wedding things all day. Decisions. Confirmations. Prep for the big one. Rehearsal dinner! Saturday: Get maaaarrrried. Feel no pressure to leave your loved ones for more portraits (but you can if you want to!). Eat. Drink. Be merry and fully with the ones you love.
Other things to note: This can look like a day before or after session, or even a week after session. The point is just that you plan an extra opportunity to get photos of just the two of you to alleviate rushing and wedding day timeline bologna.
